To become a member:
• Go to ‘Become a member’ on the menu bar.
• In the dropdown menu select ‘Individual member’ or ‘Organisation Member’
• Type in your information. (Some information is required and you must fill these in. They are marked with a (*) symbol).
• Once you have completed inputting your information, click ‘Submit‘.
If you no longer wish to be a member of the Collective, you can email us at info@ethnichealth.org.nz and we will remove your profile for the online directory.
