I am committed to equity, public health, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. My special interests are Asian, ethnic, migrant and refugee health, and Te Tiriti and tobacco control. I enjoy people and innovation. My tertiary education and work life have been in public health nursing, primary health care, health promotion, evaluation, research, and education. I work at Auckland University of Technology in the AUT Migrant Refugee Health Research Centre, and the Department of Nursing. I am 4th generation New Zealand born Chinese.
